Additional common areas within the premises can be easily accessed from the living room, including a separate sitting area with breathtaking views of the fields and the sky.

Garden: An exclusive private garden awaits, perfect for quality time with loved ones.

Swimming Pool: The private swimming pool, adjacent to the living room, offers a tranquil oasis for relaxation and shared moments.

Kitchen: Guests are welcome to utilize the well-appointed kitchen for meal preparation. For those who prefer a chef’s touch, culinary expertise is provided on demand. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave oven, cookware, a gas stove, toaster, water purifier, and other basic cooking essentials.

Other Things to Note: As part of our policy, we require a security deposit of *25000 INR* to be paid before use of the pool table. This deposit is held as security against any potential damages caused during use.

We take great pride in the quality of our brand new pool table, and we want to ensure that it remains in excellent condition for all of our guests to enjoy. Your deposit will be refunded in full at the end of your usage, provided that there are no damages.

We understand that accidents can happen, but we trust that all of our guests will treat our equipment with care and respect. By paying the security deposit, you agree to accept responsibility for any damages caused during your use of the pool table.
