Booking Policy:

To confirm and secure your reservation, a prepayment of 50% of the total booking amount is required. This initial payment will serve to reserve and block the specified dates for your stay. The remaining balance is to be settled upon check-in. This policy is in place to ensure a seamless booking process and guarantee the availability of your chosen dates.

Check-In and Check-Out Policy:

The standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and guests are expected to check out by 11:00 AM. Should you require a slightly later check-out, until 11:30 AM or 12:00 noon, kindly notify us in advance. It is important to note that in the event of a scheduled check-in, cleaning procedures will commence promptly by 11:30 AM. Nevertheless, guests may still leave their luggage in the care of our designated caretaker if necessary. This policy is designed to ensure a smooth transition for all guests and maintain the quality of our accommodations.

Extension of Stay:

Requests for extending your stay are contingent upon availability. If there are no upcoming check-ins or if the subsequent guests have confirmed a late check-in, we may be able to accommodate your extension without additional charges. However, for offline reservations, a nominal extension fee of 2000 INR per hour will be applicable. This policy is in place to manage occupancy effectively and provide a transparent framework for guests seeking to prolong their stay.

Restrictions:

While we strive to provide a welcoming environment, certain guidelines are in place to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. 

Pets Policy: We regret to inform you that pets are not permitted within our premises.

Shared Pool Timings: For properties with shared pool facilities, access is available between the hours of 8am to 7pm. This policy is implemented to maintain a consistent and pleasant pool experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.

Food and Dining:

Breakfast Inclusion: Please be advised that breakfast is not automatically included in your reservation. However, our accommodations are equipped with fully functional kitchens, affording guests the flexibility to prepare their meals.

 

Chef Services: For those desiring a culinary experience, we offer the convenience of hiring a chef on demand. The chef’s services are chargeable, with a typical rate ranging between 1200 to 1400 INR per meal, excluding the cost of raw materials.

 

Raw Materials: Guests have the option to either provide their own raw materials or present a menu of their choice. Should you opt for the latter, the chef will procure the necessary raw materials and present a detailed bill for your consideration.

 

Chef Confirmation: To secure the services of a chef, it is strongly recommended to confirm their availability at the earliest opportunity. Given the high demand for their expertise, early confirmation ensures the reservation of their schedule for your culinary requirements.

   – For your convenience, we offer airport pickup, drop, and car rental services.

   – To avail of these services, kindly provide us with your date and time of arrival during the reservation process.

   – Once provided, we will facilitate the coordination with our trusted service providers to meet your travel requirements seamlessly.

   – As part of our commitment to enhancing your overall experience, we have established collaborations with esteemed clubs such as Thalassa, Hammerzz, Antares, Raeeth, Diaz Pool Club and various Casinos.

   – Our guests are entitled to exclusive discounts at these partnering establishments, adding value to your stay with us.

Booking Confirmation:

Advance Payment: 50% advance payment required at the time of booking.

Remaining Payment:The remaining 50% must be settled at the time of check-in.



Cancellation Periods:

  – 100% refund if cancelled before 30 days from the check-in date.

  – 50% credit note of the paid amount for cancellations between 15-30 days.

  – No refund for cancellations within 15 days from check-in.

  – 100% refund if the dates get sold out in all cases.

 

Restricted Cancellation Period: No cancellations allowed from 1st Nov to 31st Jan.

 

No-Show:

– No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show without prior notification, the booking will be considered forfeited with no refunds or date transfers.

Policy for Rescheduling Travel Dates :
  1. Reschedule Request 30 Days Before Check-in:

   – If you submit a reschedule request more than 30 days before the check-in date, we will transfer 100% of the paid amount.

 
  1. Reschedule Request Within 30-15 Days from Check-in:

   – For reschedule requests made within 30-15 days from the check-in date, 50% of the paid amount will be transferred.

 
  1. Reschedule Request Within 15 Days of Check-in:

   – Unfortunately, no amount will be transferred for requests made within 15 days of check-in, and this will be considered a cancellation, with an exception for sold-out dates.

 

Sold-Out Dates Exception:

If the initially requested dates, which you intended to reschedule, become sold out after we unlock them, the transfer will be based on the new payout amount.

Will send you the booking details. As part of the process 50% booking amount has to be paid now to block the dates and rest at the time of check in.

There are no restrictions as such we do not allow pets.

All our properties have fully equipped kitchens. We facilitate chefs on demand.

The chef usually charges 1200 to 1400 per meal. Raw materials in actuality.

There is an option where either guests can bring raw materials or guests can provide the menu, the chef will bring the raw materials on their own and they will present a bill.

We suggest our guests confirm at the earliest. All the chefs are rounders and they get booked so we have to block their dates. 



Yes we can coordinate with the service providers and arrange for your travel requirements. You have to let us know the date and time of arrival. We will pass on your details to our service providers and they will reach out to you.

Check in - 2 PM and Check out: 11 AM 

If we have a check in then we have to tell them cleaning needs to be started by 11:30 and you can check out by 12 max.
But you can keep your luggage if you reach early or leave late, the caretaker will help you with the same

 

1) If there are check in on schedule time=> We have guests lined up for check-in at scheduled time. We would not be able to extend. 

2) If there is no check in or late check in confirmed by next guests=> If guests are airbnb we will allow them without charges. But if guests are offline we have to charge them on a case to case basis. 2000 INR per hour. (You can discuss the final price with us).



We do have collaboration with clubs like Thallasa, Hammerzz and Casinos, where we get exclusive discounts for our guests

We have a very flexible cancellation policy. Just in case your trip gets canceled or you want to cancel due to any reason what we will do we will unblock the dates and make it available to be sold again if the date gets sold again will refund you 100%. Just in case if the dates are unsold we will issue you a credit note so that your family and your friends can utilize it whenever you are coming and staying with us in near future. We believe that we should not charge our customers if they have not stayed with us. We want to make sure we get into a lifetime relationship with our customers.
